Hi my name is Candi Hay and The Hickory Flat Community between Canton & Milton is home to my husband John (we've been married over 30 years)and our 2 grown children Erin daughter & Ian son b4. Having been a caregiver to members of my family most recently to my father with stage 4 cancer to my mother in law with Alzheimer’s made me appreciate the strains and pressures that go along with these transitions in life. My life experiences up until now have pushed me to want to go out on my own with a unique approach to the estate sale industry.

Throughout my career in the service industry, I've had the privilege of working with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes-Benz, Porsche honing my skills and expertise.
I went from owning my own business always looking for ways to exceed expectations by giving the ultimate customer experience.
To a high level corporate journey that provided me with a strong sense of commitment and leadership on a national level. This included consulting with private equity firms to expand their portfolios. In every aspect of my career I’ve earned the trust of my colleagues through hard work and dedication. Success is giving the ultimate customer experience for the client and the customer.
At Curated Estate Sales we curate the ultimate customer experience for each of our clients. We plan to have the shopping experience for the customer to be the same. We strive for nothing less than the white glove treatment. I give you my word that I will show up

- Once you have had the time you need to consider the contract & feel comfortable signing we will begin your estate sale
- We immediately begin marketing your sale on all estate sale websites and google search placement
- Detailed barcode inventory you have access to with complete transparency. barcode sales tags - prices clearly marked - checkout streamlined
- Staging your home to flow in our branded enjoyable shopping process because "seeing is buying!" Staging your home to flow is the best way to use our resources to give you the ultimate customer experience and maximize your financial gain.
- Restaging during the sale is something our staff enjoys and is part of our commitment to excellence.
- Clearly recognize friendly & knowledge workers to assist shoppers. We will work tirelessly to ensure that your estate sale is a success and that you have the ultimate customer experience. The white glove treatment.
- Sale day! We will have strategically placed signs to direct shoppers to park, no parking signs & an organized area for shoppers to line up. To respect you and your neighbors property. Our friendly knowledgeable employees will be in clearly marked aprons or vests to help shoppers. They will constantly be re-staging to keep the sale looking great! All sales will be run through a professional barcoded POS system. All to run your sale accurately and make it enjoyable for the customers.
- Conclusion Now that your sale has ended we are still here to assist you. Oftentimes there are items left there will be a tentative plan we agree upon at our consultation. As the sale progresses we will adjust as needed to use our resources to get things taken care of. Your payout check and sales report will be finalized and mailed no later than 6 business days after the completion of your last sale day.
