Let me introduce myself,
I’m Candi Hay, thrilled to be part of the Hickory Flat Community between Milton and Canton, Georgia. I’ve lived here with my husband John for over 30 years, raising our wonderful children, Erin and Ian. We’ve built special memories and cherished connections.
Truth be told I have always loved finding treasures in Antique and Thrift Stores. It’s a favorite hobby of mine so when the opportunity to work on an estate sale franchise portfolio came up then to actually work at estate sales the natural answer was “YES!”
The big change in my life was being a caregiver. It has opened my eyes to the silent struggles many face. Watching my father fight debilitating cancer and supporting my mother-in-law through Alzheimer’s has made me realize that behind every struggle is a profound strength.
Life taught me that the best opportunities come from charting your own course.
I decided I wanted to start a company in the estate sale space with some fresh ideas from my business experience and to see what’s possible. I have always liked a challenge.

Our 10 step proven process:
1. Schedule a consultation call or text.
Let’s chat about your needs. I’ll send you an overview of our customized plan within the next 24 hours so you can see where we’ll be at each step. Your peace of mind and time are important to me.
2. We use Estate Sale Process sheet. Your specific plan and services will be spelled out in detail on this cover sheet. This will be signed by all parties. My team will work off this sheet. Any changes must be approved and signed off by all parties via Docusign.
3.Compelling Pictures, Listing and Marketing: We immediately market on our top-tier memberships on the premier estate sale websites, social media, and targeted Google placements. We also market compelling estate photography across all platforms for thousands of views!
We attract the right clientele and keep them coming back.
4. Safety is a prime concern. We walk the area where the estate sale will be held. We have one point of entry and exit. Safety signs will be posted through the area to absolve anyone of liability. Proper measures will be taken for any hazards that maybe not suing the area. This will be outlined in the Estate Sale Process Form
5. Boutique Shopping Experience
Staging proven key to success! "Seeing is buying!" Your estate is purposefully staged, organized and clearly priced to attract buyers. Retailers spend billions on staging, it’s proprietary information because it’s so effective. Using my experience as a business professional in this area is something I‘m passionate about
6. Our team is constantly re-staging and making sure items are priced during the sale.
7. Our knowledgeable team will help shoppers have the best experience possible.
8. A professional barcoded Point of Sale system ensures an accurate inventory of your estate and a seamless shopping experience. We have special software used for pricing, trusted advisors and experience handling vintage/antique inventory.
9. Parking Plan and Presale lines. This is to respect you, your neighbors property and your neighborhood. This will all be detailed in the Estate Sale Process Form
10. Even though your sale is over, we’re still here to help with any of the other services we offer. Your payout check and sales report will be ready 3-5 business days after the sale. Together, we’re making sure your estate closing is a breeze!
